The participation of the intermodal operator Russell in the Twin hub network project is a logical step in the awareness of the UK, an important (rail) market in North West Europe. The company is involved in transport between the UK and the European continent and is therefore licensed and experienced in Chunnel traffic. Because of the frequently small flows Russell is keen to bundle these to a hub on the continent, an interest which excellently matches the objectives of the Twin hub network.
